IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • You must book your Tom Woods Canada/New England Cruise Package through The Cruise & Vacation Authority to participate in these exclusive events. Airfare is separate.

  • This cruise requires a valid passport for all guests. Passports should expire after 03/02/2027. Failure to provide a proper form of ID WILL result denied boarding.

  • For non-U.S. citizens, please contact your consulate regarding required visas. Failure to appear for embarkation for any reason constitutes a cancellation subject to full penalties.

  • Rates include all gratuities, taxes, port fees, and all Tom Woods Cruise exclusive events, dinners, and; receptions.

  • Shore excursions, alcoholic beverages, alternative dining options and personal items are additional.

  • All staterooms are non-smoking.

  • PLEASE NOTE: All Pricing/Rates are in US Dollars!

Cancellation Policy

  • Penalty Schedule is as follows:

  • Prior to 3/18/26: $100 per person

  • From 3/18/26 to 5/18/26: $500 per person

  • After 5/18/2026: 100% of Cruise Package

  • Travel Protection is recommended and will be offered as a component of your travel package.

  • (Cancellations must be received in writing by the date indicated. Fax or email is sufficient notification, guests must confirm receipt by The Cruise & Vacation Authority.)
